Welcome to Jove Ai, also known and operated as ImJove ("Jove," "ImJove," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You acknowledge that results depend on your execution, discipline, and application.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent
• Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Jove / ImJove is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt any part of the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform may generate text, visuals, code, strategies, or other outputs ("AI Content").

You acknowledge:

• AI Content is algorithmically generated and may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for verifying and applying outputs
• Jove / ImJove does not guarantee specific outcomes (financial, business, or personal)

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into the Platform.

Generated Content

You are granted rights to use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Jove / ImJove Property

All platform elements — including branding (Jove Ai, ImJove), systems (including VPB™), software, design, and infrastructure — are owned by Jove and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Some features may require payment. By purchasing, you agree:

• To pay all applicable fees
• That subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled
• All purchases are final — no refunds will be issued
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing
• Completed module progress is permanently saved and does not change upon cancellation
• Credits purchased are non-refundable and do not expire

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Jove / ImJove may provide insights related to business, finance, and personal development. However:

• These are informational tools only
• They do NOT constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

Consult licensed professionals before making major decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jove / ImJove shall NOT be liable for:

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

• Required for legal or security reasons

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Jove / ImJove after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
